Project Description:

The project involves the development of a multi-step form system designed for US-based users, to enhance data collection and user experience, as detailed in the project scope attached herein.

Scope of Work:

The developer shall create a multi-step form solution compatible with US legal and data standards, including frontend, backend, and integration components, as specified in the project documentation.

Payment Terms:

The total payment shall be $20,000, payable in installment milestones: 50% upon project initiation, 25% after completion of design and development, and 25% upon final delivery and acceptance.

Developer Responsibilities:

The developer agrees to deliver the multi-step form system in accordance with the specifications, conduct testing, and provide documentation and support as outlined in the agreement.

Governing Law:
