Parties Involved:
Artist: Jane Artist

Artwork Description:
The artwork to be created is a custom digital illustration titled “Sunset Harmony,” measuring approximately 24×36 inches, to be delivered in high-resolution digital format.
Commission Terms:
The client agrees to pay the artist a fee of $2,000 for the commissioned artwork. Payment shall be made 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, prior to delivery of the final artwork.
Artist Responsibilities:
The artist shall create the artwork in accordance with the specifications outlined above, and deliver the final digital files in agreed formats within the specified timeline. Revisions shall be limited to two rounds unless otherwise agreed.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of New York courts.
